REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

I hope that the piece(s) you’ve purchased will forever be treasured. However, if you’re unhappy with your piece(s) do get in contact via email to enquiries@cruisingdais.com within 14 days of purchase. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Providing the piece is in the same condition it was upon purchase a full refund will be issued  – once the return has been received a refund will be processed excluding the price of postage.

If the return is accepted, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Buyer will have the responsibility to cover the cost of postage & package the item of jewellery safely.

I kindly ask if my customers will shop mindfully & seek their ring size before purchasing. Please see FAQ & listed ring sizers available for purchase.
